**About the role**
We currently have 6,000+ clients contracted to Citation HR (formerly known as HR Assured) and enableHR and with that, will need to renew the contract to retain the benefits of using our services.
Reporting to our Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients to conduct effective conversations that influence their decision to continue their core services agreement. Navigating with confidence and empathy, when clients are unhappy or looking to exit early, you will use all your skills as a client success professional to negotiate the sale of additional products and services, beneficial to their business. This is a pivotal role that will drive business success and continue our year-on-year growth.

**_Ideally you will have picked up these skills in a similar role of retention, renewals. account management, sales, or similar client interactive role, in a business-to-business (B2B) environment_**. This experience will be key to assisting you in being successful in this role and working within the wider Citation Group.
