We are looking for a **Head of Sales** to join a successful IT Consulting, Solutions & Services Organisation with office throughout regional areas of Victoria. The role can be based in **Albury/Wodonga, Wagga Wagga or Geelong and you can be based here already, closeby or looking to relocate from a different location. **They offer a full range of end-end IT solutions from Microsoft Technologies and Networking/Infrastructure to Managed Print Services and IT Resources.

**Head of Sales**

We are looking for a Head of Sales to join the leadership team of a successful IT Consulting, Solutions & Services Organisation. You would lead and grow their sales and business development teams across regional areas to proactively seek out new customers and potential sales leads across all territories, running sales meetings, bringing new ideas to the table and setting the sales strategies whilst working to company sales targets and revenue goals. They've had strong growth over the last 6 years, understand regional businesses and are able to utilise ICT professional from their bench and from a large partner network within regional areas which means they always have a good footprint of people on the ground to deploy into organisations at short notice. Your team provide the full range of IT solutions, services and people from Microsoft Technologies, Networking, Managed Print to Resources and have offices servicing regional areas and CBDs of Wagga Wagga, Albury-Wodonga, Griffith, Leeton and Geelong.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Sales and Relationship teams to seek out new customers and sales leads across all territories working collaboratively with marketing on campaigns
- Maintain regular contact with strategic clients and Identify potential sales leads amongst institutional clients and national accounts
- Deliver outstanding proposals and presentations, both face-to-face and remotely and collaborate with pre-sales to develop proposals where required.
- Attend networking events to develop sales opportunities and take accountability for inbound sales leads to maximise the chance of closing sales
- Be responcible for strategic sales planning developing national and territory specific sales plans and strategies for new business development
- Identify key stakeholders and their market drivers; and identify events which can be leveraged for business development purposes.
- Lead sales meetings, bring in new ideas and encouraging participation amongst the Sales & Relationship Management teams in brainstorming sessions.
- Provide ongoing sales reporting and trend analytics to the executive leadership team
- Ensure physical presence in all sales territories and offices on a regular basis.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Several years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management in the IT industry
- Proven track record of leading teams to consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the IT Services industry and products.
