RWDI is looking for a **Business Development Coordinator (BDC) **to join our Project Delivery team in our Sydney office. This role focuses on supporting our Project Managers to maintain, monitor and enhance RWDI client relationships within the Australia Pacific region. The BDC follows global company sales processes to expand client relationships and convert leads to opportunities for Project Managers.

The role includes but is not limited to the following:

- ** Budget Execution**
- ** Budget allocation**: In collaboration with Project Managers and the Director of Project Delivery, assist in the organization and allocation of approved budget to activities within the region to enhance client engagement and grow RWDI business. Activities may include client engagement, conferences, and sales/marketing trips for Project Managers
- ** Budget reconciliation**: Monitor and reconcile the sales support budget.
- ** Enhancing Client Engagement**
- ** Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate Sales/Marketing Trips and Face-to Face Meetings for Project Managers
- ** Documentation**: Compile notes and perform follow up activities for meetings and trips, including tracking in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- ** Lunch and Learns and Webinars**: Coordinate Lunch and Learns, conduct follow-up and track results, track all Lunch and Learn information, notes, and follow up in our CRM platform. Promote, host and execute post webinar follow up with clients.
- ** Events**: Co-ordinate Office openings, Client Appreciation, and Education Days, implementing Promotion, On-site support, and Follow-up activities. Attend a diverse range of networking events representing the RWDI brand and supporting the Project Delivery team.
- ** Client Maintenance**:Monitor proposal activity by client and key relationships to identify clients with potential risk or opportunity for future growth. Monitor ROI at the client level. Review and report on the cost of acquiring and maintaining key client relationships. Ensure RWDI has consistent touch points with clients.
- ** Procurement Pursuits**
- ** Support pursuits**: Assist the PMs in responding to Requests for Proposals, and the preparation of tender submissions and multi-Team bidding opportunities. Update the CRM with data on pursuits.
- ** Liaison**
- ** Strategic Directors**: Work closely with RWDI Strategic Directors to execute the Business Development Plan
- ** Marketing and Communications Team**: Liaise with the RWDI Marketing and Communications team to coordinate the development of regional specific marketing material to achieve the Business Development Plan.
- Background or exposure to the Building, Infrastructure or Industrial/Mining sectors is preferred.
- Exceptional social, collaborative, organizational, and analytical skills. Attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is necessary to priorities and manage multiple ongoing activities.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet tight deadlines and accommodate clients and colleagues in varying time zones.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM using customer journeys, setting up regional sales campaigns, measuring ROI of events and customer engagement. Similar experience using other CRM platforms will be considered.
- Experience in graphic design production would be an asset.
