Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Clients and Markets team as a Coordinator/Adviser. This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with practice groups and develop a range of client and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist practice managers in identifying and pursuing opportunities, cross-practice group initiatives, and developing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage client relationships, market analysis, and research.
  • Support the management of tenders and bid opportunities, firm directory, and award submissions.
  • Participate in various Clients and Markets firm-wide projects and initiatives as required.
  • Develop a profile and credibility with internal clients.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in business development or a related field, or demonstrated transferable experience in a professional services environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline, marketing, communications, or law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly disciplined with the ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office and a sound understanding of databases.

This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading partners and be mentored by senior Clients and Markets leaders. The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels and contribute to the development of the firm's marketing and business development strategies.
