Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, pursuing, and converting business opportunities across our practice streams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage client relationships
  • Conduct market analysis and related research to inform business development strategies
  • Assist in the management of tenders and bid opportunities
  • Support the development of firm directories and award submissions
  • Participate in various Clients and Markets firm-wide projects and initiatives as required

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role in business development or a related field
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline, marketing, communications, or law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office and a sound understanding of databases
