**The Opportunity**

ep&t global is in search of a passionate and talented People & Culture Assistant to join our team on a fixed term 3-month contract with potential to transition to a permanent role.

As a People & Culture Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring human resources processes are administered accurately and effectively. The main focus of this role is to assist the People Partner in rolling out a Learning Management System to support the global team in our training needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the People Partner in the implementation of our new Learning Management System by collaborating with key stakeholders on departmental training needs and administering learning content
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the People function. This may include administration of payroll, performance reviews, recruitment, recognition, and training initiatives.
- Ensure HRIS and employee files are up to date, accurate and complies with employment legislation
- Continue to embed EP&T's vision, mission and values globally through employee programs and initiatives

Additionally, you will have:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Up to 2 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Authorisiation to work full-time in Australia
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service
- Ability to prioritise workload and relish working to tight deadlines under pressure
- A proactive, adaptable approach to problem solving
- Strong human resource technology aptitude, implementation and change management skills.
