La Delizia Latticini is a locally-owned, family-run business dedicated to producing high-quality, artisanal cheeses. With our Italian heritage and a love for creating exquisite cheeses, we bring a taste of authentic craftsmanship to Australia. Our chefs are highly skilled artisans, and we are fortunate to source our milk from some of the best farms in the South West region, where passion for dairy farming runs deep.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day cheese production operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead and motivate a team of cheese-makers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain stringent hygiene and safety protocols to meet regulatory standards and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with suppliers and farmers to source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients for our cheeses.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance productivity and product quality.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cheese industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of cheese-making processes and techniques.
- A passion for quality and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per annum, commensurate with experience.
