**About the role**

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager who has experience in working with our key business stakeholders to help deliver on our personalisation ambitions. In this role you will:

- Responsible for creating a roadmap and strategy to deliver high-quality customer experiences, and improving business metrics
- Managing a team which will create custom and targeted experiences through the use of data, analytics, AI, and automation.
- Promotes a culture of innovation in machine learning (ML), statistics and artificial intelligence (AI) to identify new opportunities
- Define objectives and key success measures for the digital search team
- Leads complex cross-functional initiatives. Fosters and maintains relationships and communications with stakeholders
- Fosters research collaborations that have product impact
- Knowing & influencing the requirements of developing search and evaluation features and promoting best practices and principled approaches to search quality
- Passion for retail and the customer problem solving

**About you & your skills**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in data product management/development, ideally in the Big Data and Digital Personalisation domain
- Experience in designing and delivering machine learning and AI solutions.
- Has managed a portfolio of products centred around customer personalisation and decision-making platforms
- A consistent history of delivering and enabling measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus
- Skilled in working collaboratively with data science, engineering, design and marketing
- Demonstrated knowledge of the data product lifecycle, experience building and shipping consumer product experiences.
- Deep understanding of Hyper-Personalisation and broader digital ecosystem
- Skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions.
- Tertiary and hand-on commercial experience in managing products which encompass Big Data, Real-Time Data Driven Platforms, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning value added assets
