**About the role**:
We have an exciting new opening for a Product Manager Customer Value -Direct & Paid Channels within our Customer Lifecycle Management team, available as a 9-month fixed-term full-time contract.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to our Senior Transformation Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a roadmap for deliverables that delivers high quality omnichannel customer experiences and improves business metrics

**You’ll also**:

- Be accountable for managing and prioritising the roadmap and initiatives.
- Assist to define and own the scope of work that meets business objectives and business case deliverables.
- Define squad backlog and how it aligns with business strategies and product roadmaps where relevant.
- Understand and resolve potential dependencies, constraints and limitations of solutions.
- Be responsible for end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
- Work closely with other Product Managers, business stakeholders and dependent teams e.g. Digital and Technology to manage dependencies and risk
- Communicate to stakeholders on progress of initiatives, to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals.

**What you bring**:
In this role, you’ll bring strong product management and personalisation experience, along with expertise in agile delivery and change management within large, complex organisations.

You’ll excel at communicating information, influencing others, and negotiating both internally and externally. Your critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and action planning will be key, along with exceptional planning and time management skills.

Your experience in a digital-first, customer-centric environment, combined with your ability to communicate and rationalise priorities and decisions, will be key to your success.

**You’ll also need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business/Commerce.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Ability to drive measurable results through loyalty programs and omnichannel campaigns.
- Ability to identify capability requirements for effective marketing channel execution.
- Expertise in loyalty program strategy, roadmaps, and program delivery.
- A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, agile methodologies, and personalised marketing tactics.
- Ability to translate business processes and customer insights into consistent omnichannel personalised customer experiences and solutions.
