**About the role**:
Due to growth within the area of the commercial portfolio we are seeking an experienced product manager to join the team in this 12-month fixed term opportunity. You will lead, manage, and support in the development of a dedicated squad as apart of the agile ways of working. This hands-on role will see drive major business led tech transformation programs. - Manage the end-to-end execution of product initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Become the point of contact for the business unit category teams and digital teams I regards to enhancements to the product
- Support the development of business cases to seek CAPEX expenditure towards product road map build
- Effectively manage cross functional projects streams and resources to contribute to the product delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic product plans to drive growth in the portfolio

**About you and your skills**:
This role will enable you to leverage your proven experience in the Product Management space, this role will provide the ability to have genuine impact. As part of a large, nationally recognised retail business there are varied avenues for success

You’ll also need:

- Demonstrated success of effective leadership in an agile working environment
- Strategic proven business experience with hands on implementation success
- Developed senior product management experience with a strong understanding of product concepts
- Previous experience driving strategy, design, and an understanding of profitability levers
- Proven relationship management experience from an internal and external perspective
- Ability to effectively manage, lead and develop a team
