We are seeking a sales and service professional to join our exceptional team. The role can be based anywhere nationally as most sales presentations will be via Teams. A perfect opportunity for an experienced broker or banker looking for their next challenge

Our sales team play a key role in Connective's success story and we are growing the team to better support our brokers. As a result, we have an excellent opportunity available to join our team as a Mercury Sales Specialist.

**The Role**

The Mercury Sales Specialist will ensure that our sales team have the technical support they need to effectively promote our value proposition to prospective members. This role will complement our overall sales capability by allowing the sales team to focus on selling. This Specialist will be taking on the bulk of the Mercury expertise.

Your role will blend technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver compelling demonstrations of Mercury's capabilities to actively contribute to positive sales outcomes. Within a supportive team you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

- Working closely with the sales team
- Delivering comprehensive technical support to the sales team
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
- Conducting thorough research to provide product insights
- Identifying opportunities to enable broker success through our Connective product and service offerings

**The Person**

The Specialist needs to identify opportunities where Mercury can make meaningful positive impact but this is relative to the specific sales opportunity and to then tailor their presentation/demonstration on this. You enjoy sales, especially in a consultative and collaborative way, and have the technical skills to support this.

You will also have:

- A proven record in developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience within the mortgage broking, banking, or finance industry
- Experience working with our CRM
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative style
- Strong influencing and problem solving skills
