Creative Products is a family friendly company, we build strong long-lasting relationships with both staff and clients. We are situated in Seven Hills and seeking an enthusiastic person with the same values to fill a position as a Sales Support.

We are in importer / exporter, manufacturing branded products for corporate, distributors, promotions, marketing agencies and licensing sectors. We are in a modern office/warehouse with great and fun staff facilities. Think of Creative Products as a home away from home.

We are looking someone who can join our team and your responsibilities will mainly be providing front line sales support to the sales team assisting them in processing and managing their inquiries and orders. You will be reporting to the Promo/Agency Team Leader. There are immediate opportunities to progress and there is a high expectation for future advancement.

We are looking for someone with ideally min 1 years’ experience in a Customer service or Admin/Sales base type of role or someone that is keen to learn. This role could suit a recent high school or university graduate with some previous experience in Customer service/Admin.

This is full time office role initially.
You must have;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi task.
- Bright and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Problem solver and have attention to detail and high standards of accountability.
- Great communications skills both written English and Verbal plus enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
- Is keen to learn about sales and social media marketing across the new digital age of online customer engagement.
