**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Advanta team as a National Sales Manager, based in Sydney.

Leading from the front, this role will develop and execute a strategic sales plan that drives revenue growth, aligning perfectly with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set and execute sales strategies, guiding the team towards achieving set goals.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring their success.
- Continuously monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify new revenue opportunities while addressing challenges and risks.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to enhance our market presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer service.

- Proficient in leadership, management, sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Hands-on experience across all areas of business.
- While not mandatory, experience in commercial furniture is a plus.
- Possess strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Creative, open-minded, and solution-oriented.
- Proven track record of forging lasting partnerships and securing large contracts.
- A collaborative leader fostering team success.
