**What You’ll be doing**:
As a Creative Admin Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the national roll-out and ongoing operations of our exciting IGA Rewards program and IGA Shop Online. You'll be at the heart of our mission, engaging directly with IGA retailers, shoppers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sailing for these innovative initiatives.

**Support Specialist**

**Data Management**
- Handle data entry and updates for PIM and Retailer Databases, maintaining critical information accuracy.
- Manage card number allocation and storage meticulously.

**Compliance Champion**
- Update and distribute the Privacy Policy, ensuring transparency and compliance with retailers.

**Materials Coordinator**
- Oversee the dispatch of Point-of-Sale materials, keeping us on track with rollout schedules.

**Onboarding Assistant**
- Assist Digital Channels Service Delivery Specialists in meeting retailer onboarding requirements.

**Records Keeper and Analyst**
- File contracts within CASTAR and OneDrive for organized accessibility.
- Manage Zoho CRM updates and provide insightful reports as needed.
- Review and update support procedures for operational excellence.
- Provide admin and invoice processing assistance within the Digital Channels team to maintain smooth operations.
