Client Solutions Manager
12 month contract
Working with key retail / ecommerce clients, in ANZ, based in the Sydney office.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about building successful partnerships and leveraging data-driven solutions to propel client success
In this strategic role, you’ll build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor on all things platform, product, media planning, strategy, and measurement for their multi-channel advertising needs. You will be establishing and nurturing key client relationships, prioritising revenue generation, advertiser education, and maximising client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong consultative sales skills, exceptional analytical and technical abilities, and a commitment to client service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Media planning, strategy & measurement and optimisation.
- Outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI’s.
- Manages and consults on complex advertising solutions and integrations.
- Manages revenue delivery and budget spend, including optimisation and providing real time recommendations.
- Articulate and update clients on product and developments.
- Responsible for educating clients and agencies on best practices.
- Drives product innovation based upon client needs.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, etc.).
- Manage complex work streams to optimise marketing objectives for clients.
- Manage analytics and dashboards to advise clients.
- Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts you are assigned to.
- Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partners with the Client Partners to drive incremental revenue.
You’ll thrive if you have:
- Proven expertise in both online and traditional media landscapes.
- A collaborative spirit to partner with the sales team, fostering industry-specific relationships.
- The ability to negotiate and optimise complex advertising opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- A knack for using data and analytics to craft consultative solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.
- 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies.
- Experience with the industry or business trends in the industry (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM).
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with analysing data-sets and delivering actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details.
- Understanding of major advertising success metrics.
- Understanding of the app technology and app technology landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, native oral and written fluency in English as you will be working with teams and clients whose usual business language is English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical, critical-thinking, strategy development and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills, previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Tableau and/or SQL is a plus.
