**Client Service Manager - Wealth Industry - North Sydney**

Kogan People Solutions, recruiters, are assisting a financial services firm in North Sydney delivering tailored solutions to help their valued clients make sensible decisions about their money.

This highly reputable firm, passionate about helping clients achieve their best, now seeks an experience, skilled Client Service Manager, to service established client base primarily represented by high-net-worth individuals. **The role is full time, and ongoing**.

**About the Role**

As their new **Client Service Manager**, you will:

- Be the point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day enquiries.
- Working alongside the advisor, develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Attend client meetings and act as second chair to the advisor.
- Participate in pre-brief and debrief meetings and record detailed file notes of all interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the advisor, paraplanning team and fellow advice support team members to ensure quality advice and client outcomes.
- Participate in (two-way) peer review for all key tasks and documents
- Coordinate client advice projects and workflows.

**To be successfully considered for interview, we expect to see**:

- At least 2 years’ post qualification experience in the financial services industry.
- Highly relevant Diploma, or higher, or agreed substitute.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Critical - unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia

**Desirable attributes/ qualifications**:

- RG146 complaint.
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Xplan
