**The Job**:
The Client Solutions Executive sits within our Brandfit department
- a team that acts as the conduit between Val Morgan sales teams and our exhibitors, outdoor and digital partners. Whilst no two days are the same, your day to day will include:

- Supporting the Client Solutions Manager to ensure all campaigns are implemented and delivered in a timely manner
- Effective and ongoing communication with all involved parties to ensure campaign details are clear and to ensure any problems or opportunities are raised as soon as possible.
- Work with the sales team to provide regular campaign updates to clients about all elements of their integrated campaigns. Upon campaign completion, work with exhibitors/partners to compile all relevant data and build post-campaign report for sales.
- Work closely with external suppliers for quotes and concepts required for activations and sampling activities proposed to clients.
- Creation and management of activation budgets to ensure all campaigns deliver under budget.
- Management of VMO Active experiential sampling campaigns in gyms. This involves budgeting, seeking approvals, booking staff/activations and ensuring activity runs smoothly for the client and gym partners.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an individual with a passion for media, high attention-to-detail and deadline orientated. You will need to be creative, innovative and passionate about coming up with solutions.

- Bachelors degree qualified in marketing, communications, or advertising AND/OR implementation experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, focused on continuous improvement and knowledge growth
