**About the Role**

Ready to shape the future of education? Join us as a Student Recruitment & Enquiries Officer where you'll champion our Arts/FFAM Divisional Group and play a key part in spotlighting our programs. Support our student recruitment strategy across Australia and globally, handling enquiries, updating course info, and helping plan recruitment events.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide responsive, timely and discipline/program-specific support and advice to prospective students, and staff in the Future Students Hub.
- Provide reports on trending enquiries and issues in a timely manner to the Recruitment Manager.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of undergraduate and graduate recruitment activities.

**Who we are looking for**
We are seeking an individual with a background in student recruitment, enquiry management, or admissions within higher education. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, enabling effective engagement with a diverse array of stakeholders across various levels.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated commitment and experience in providing a high level of service delivery to students and Divisions alike.
- High-level interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships and influence optimal outcomes for the University, Faculties and students.
