**About the Role**
This is a great opportunity for a data-driven and motivated individual to join our global Offshore Student Recruitment team as a Student Recruitment Coordinator (Offshore) in Melbourne. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Offshore Student Recruitment, you will have the chance to support the University's international student load targets under Advancing Melbourne 2030, with a focus on diversity markets. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment activities, managing enquiries, and providing outstanding service to prospective students while fostering relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Your role will also involve communicating and liaising with offshore and Melbourne-based stakeholders to ensure a University-first approach to student acquisition is embedded across the Future Students Hub and Divisional groups. This position offers the chance to be part of a global team and contribute to the University's strategic goals as outlined in Advancing Melbourne 2030. Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Regional Manager, India, coordinate and deliver of a range of student acquisition tactics in India which are tailored to the differing stages of the prospective student journey, inc. delivery of key conversion activities and tactics.
- Regularly monitor CRM information to segment and prioritise prospects and develop targeted prospect engagement and close of sale strategies for each segment.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager and Governance and Analytics team to analyse and identify insights subsequent to the implementation of the annual student recruitment plan

**Who we are looking for**
We’re looking for people who possess strong coordination, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. These qualities are essential in effectively implementing recruitment activities, managing enquiries, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a University-first approach to student acquisition.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Previous experience with student recruitment within a tertiary education context.
- Demonstrated commitment and experience in providing a high level of service delivery to students and stakeholders alike.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events and activities

Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.

The Offshore Student Recruitment team is responsible for implementing strategies and programs which engage with future students and their influencers studying outside of Australia and New Zealand. The team also supports graduate schools in the recruitment of prospective graduate students.
