ASX listed professional services business expanding their capabilities and building their IT support team.
About the Roles
This is a Sydney CBD based role.
We are looking for both Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support specialists that will be working on the client site focussing on the day-to-day IT support as well as the rollout and set up of IT equipment.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
A background as an IT all-rounder;
Experience in working in first line support work;
Experienced with Windows, Office 365, MS teams, Active Directory, ServiceNow;
Any prior exposure to a similar role in professional service firm advantageous but not essential; and
Excellent communication skills and strong desire to learn and develop are a must.
