Our client is looking for Service Desk Analyst with 1st and 2nd level support for Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices, ERP systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for all IT related issues and queries
- Respond, log, triage, and conduct troubleshooting to all first level IT Service Requests and Incidents within agreed service level agreement.
- User Administration - on-boarding and off boarding.
- 1st level support for Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices, ERP systems.
- Participate in various projects and IT initiatives.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Previous experience in a Service Desk Analyst role
- Experience in supporting Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices, ERP systems.
- Experience in a customer-facing technology role.
- Experience in Active Directory for managing users and groups
- Competent in troubleshooting Mobile Devices such as iPhones, iPads.
- Experience in troubleshooting physical and virtual desktop, laptop, phone, servers, printers, and network
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced continuously evolving environment to achieve outcomes
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
