Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a large organisation in Brisbane. They provide a range of IT support to their staff and pride themselves on their quality of service.

Currently they are looking for a Service Desk Analysts to join their team that is currently working from the CBD with 2 days at home each week once induction and training is completed. This will be a 10 month contracts with the strong possibility of extension.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide quality first point of contact for customers for ICT incidents and requests.
Respond to requests and incidents following the defined processes, including escalation procedures.
Provide Level 1 support to users/customers
Maintain Service Desk processes, procedures and documentation
Provide support to Apple and Android mobile devices

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Proven experience providing front line level support to end users
Experience providing Level 1-2 support within a Windows/O365 environment
Ability to use provided knowledge bases when necessary
Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to produce quality documentation
