We are a high performing boutique consultancy based in Melbourne who are looking to bring on an experienced Client Engagement Principle who is proven in growing our specialisation in IT delivery.

The role of Client Engagement Principle is to support our rapid growth and ensure this is maintained. Working directly with the management team, this is a great opportunity to add tangible value, whilst being well rewarded.

Flexibility is key to this role. Flexibility to work where you need to and meet who you need to in order to get the job done.

Flexibility also comes from the hours you would work and we are looking for someone who can flex their hours as the job requires. That could mean breakfast meetings with clients and then finishing early to ensure you’re getting a positive work/life balance, which we strongly advocate.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Building sale pipelines through cold calling & lead generation
- Networking and collaborating
- Establishing relationships with existing & prospective clients
- Connecting and liaising with companies in our target market
- Collaborating with existing staff

**About you**:
You are experienced in sales/account management for IT delivery roles and have a sound understanding of agile and can confidently talk about both.
- Ability to identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up
- Ability to create awareness and establish relationships with new clients where existing networks/relationships don’t exist, utilising your strong B2B sales background
- A capable networker with an existing Personal Network
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Desire and willingness to go above and beyond
- A sense of urgency, this is an autonomous role, you must be self-motivated and able to prioritize.
- Ability to manage and appropriately prioritise multiple opportunities at once.
- Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to clients
- Initiative, innovation & drive
