An integral part of CCEL’s Partnerships and Engagement team, this role will drive business development and client engagement for CCEL’s core programs. A key focus will be engaging with and recruiting high-calibre leaders to participate in CCEL’s core programs including its Executive Ethics and Colloquium programs.

Working collaboratively, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy including the identification and conversion of key opportunities and prospects across the public, private and non-profit sectors.

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive, relevant experience in business development, relationship management and client care. With a bias for action and collaboration, this individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate high levels of independence, judgement and initiative. B2B and/or B2G business development experience will be highly regarded.
