Six Degrees have partnered with a global beverage company to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in North Sydney.
**The role**
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager and working in a team of 3, you will oversee the order management life-cycle from point of order through to delivery to the customer. Your role will be to deliver a seamless order experience liaising with business to business customers directly.
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing and processing orders each day across your own portfolio of clients timely and accurately
- Manage EDI process to meet customer needs
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Ensure that all documentation is correctly managed so that all accounting processes can be performed on time
- Coordinate time with the team efficiently so that all priority tasks are completed on time or before the due date
- Ensure that warehouses receive error free pick list and invoices on time in order to meet customer requirements
- Following up and investigating any discrepancies to orders and advising clients of any delays

Based in North Sydney with hybrid working - Work from home 2 days a week.
**About you**
We are looking for an established Customer Service Officer / Representative with experience talking to customers over the phone. In addition, you will be able to articulate your achievements and expertise in the following:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to troubleshoot
- Build rapport and work with stakeholders internally and externally
- Self-starter who is enthusiastic, motivated, passionate who takes pride in the work they do and the standards they deliver
- Previous supply chain customer service / order management experience will be highly regarded
