Overview
We are seeking an experienced Metering & Billing Officer for a short-term assignment in our Adelaide CBD office. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional administrative and customer service support to our clients.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
This is a high-paced customer service role with a high-volume workload, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional administrative experience to our clients, working closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a fast-paced business support environment
- Strong commitment to providing quality customer service
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and Maximo systems (an advantage)
