Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

A dynamic and fun team is seeking a positive and proactive Bookings Co-ordinator to join them in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

About the Role:
  • Reporting directly to the Owner, you will respond to all enquiries, create quotations and proposals, manage bookings, administer tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely responses to incoming calls and web customer enquires.
  • Action and follow through on any received enquires.
  • Create tailored quotations and proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Manage databases including entering data into Xero for invoicing purposes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Capture customer feedback to enhance services.
  • Deliver quality service with every interaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Admin/Customer Service or Scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to follow process and share ideas for improvement.
  • A logical thinker with a practical approach.
  • A fun, positive attitude towards work.
  • Organised and eager to learn new skills.
  • Strong computer skills - Mac and Xero experience an advantage.
