**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service and administrative functions focussed on major account customers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Portal Management
- Take ownership of queries or complaints promptly and amicably, and ensure prompt resolution in stated guidelines, escalate where necessary.
- Update customer database as necessary to reflect accurate information.
- Build and maintain open and effective communication channels with all relationship partners.
- Cross functionally work with other departments in resolving customer issues
- Provide support and share knowledge with fellow team members
- A minimum of 18 months of administration or customer service office experience, ideally in a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Prior exposure to a large ERP system, preferably Pronto.
- High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Exceptional coordination and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- A strong customer focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being autonomous.
