Administration Officer

**About the Role**: As the Administration Officer, you will provide a timely, accurate and high standard of administrative support to the nursing and clinical teams, patients and visitors within multiple locations throughout the Specialist Outpatient Department. This includes:
- Assisting in the management of all administrative functions within the Specialist Outpatients Department, including accurate and timely data entry onto the Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS)
- Effective utilisation of Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) to check patients in/out who present across multiple clinics in the Specialist Outpatients Department.
- Assisting in bulk billing of patients according to treatment, item numbers and the Medicare schedule of benefits.
- Demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive service focus whilst maintaining client and staff confidentiality.
This position may be required to work across multiple sites including, but not limited to, Eight Mile Plains Satellite Hospital, Logan Urgent and Specialist Care Centre (LUSCC) and Logan Endocrine and Diabetes Service (LEADS).
