**About the Executive Leader, Program Engagement role**

The Executive Leader, Program Engagement is responsible for supporting the Director, Curriculum Programs in planning, prioritising and implementing state-wide curriculum programs and partnerships with external stakeholders.

The role delivers high quality systematic stakeholder engagement through:

- aligning outcomes and expectations of all curriculum program and partnerships with the department’s Strategy for public education, specifically the areas of impact (wellbeing; equity and excellence; learner agency; effective learners) designing and contributing to program reviews and evaluations in collaboration with academic partners and experts.**About the Executive Leader, Program Innovation role**

The Executive Leader, Program Innovation is responsible for supporting the Director, Curriculum Programs in enhancing curriculum programs and initiatives within the directorate, by enabling programs to identify and incorporate innovative practices.

The role delivers high impact innovative approaches to educational program delivery through:

- aligning outcomes and expectations of all curriculum program and partnerships with the department’s Strategy for Public Education, specifically the Areas of Impact (wellbeing; equity and excellence; learner agency; effective learners) establishing and maintaining systems and networks that contribute to improved efficiency and outcomes of curriculum programs.**Qualifications and competencies**:

- Strong leadership and management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and model a thorough service orientated approach, and work in a highly autonomous and collaborative manner, to achieve agreed goals and targets,
- In-depth knowledge gained through achievement of a relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications or relevant experience.
- specialist education related skills and knowledge or specific knowledge of site functions and operations. Proven high-level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others to guide and facilitate educational outcomes within a complex environment.**What you will get in return**:

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course which will be required to be updated every three years.
