**Client Executive | HIAIS**

We are seeking a Client Executive to join our highly experienced team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for construction clients. Located in Hindmarsh, there is easy access to public transport and staff carparking available. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital.

The Client Executive will work on a defined portfolio of existing clients with the Senior team in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to work on a smaller portfolio autonomously. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

**What the day will look like**
- Providing quality and proactive support to our Senior team on an existing book of clients
- Manage a small portfolio of own clients
- Responding to day-to-day queries from clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, team and insurer partners
- Handling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies etc
- Work directly with admin support teams to ensure accurate and timely completing of tasks

This opportunity would suit someone looking to enhance their existing knowledge and customer service expertise within insurance. In this role you will be provided with training to support your growth and develop your understanding of construction insurance. To be successful you will have:

- Experience within an insurance support role
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- Effective time management and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Minimum Tier 2 Qualification and the willingness to complete a Tier 1 Qualification
- Developing insurance technical skills
