**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
As an Executive Assistant at AGC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our executive leadership team. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can provide high-level administrative support, manage critical tasks, and help us in our mission of making Australia a cleaner and more environmentally responsible place.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executive Support: Preparation and coordination of general correspondence and documentation including but not limited to reports, tenders, presentations, papers, letters and other formal or informal communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Efficient preparation of meeting agendas including collating documentation, presentations, and other key information or specific requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain confidential company files, records, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Project Assistance: Assist in organising and coordinating special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with expense tracking and reporting, and liaise with the finance department as needed.
- Environmental Initiatives: Contribute to our company's sustainability goals and initiatives by suggesting and implementing eco-friendly practices in daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Have at least 2 years of experience supporting senior managers.
- Experience in writing tenders desirable
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Computer-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office, and skilled in managing workflow processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to environmentally responsible practices and a passion for sustainability.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the executive team.
