**The Role**

As a sales representative operating with the call centre, you will engage with customers to provide solution based products. We are looking for people who show empathy and compassion and those who can build rapport with customers. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver prepared sales scripts to assist customers to purchase a product or service
- Educate potential customers on product offerings and services
- Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Adhere to and meet individual and contribute to business and team KPI's
- Accurately record sales data and client information
- Maintain a detailed understanding of associated systems, products, processes and procedures
- Provide strong customer experience by focusing on the customer outcome on every call
