**About the Role**:
This position is located at Bedford’s Panorama site and reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing. The Marketing Specialist has a key strategic role within a multi-disciplinary Marcomms team requiring a high level of marketing and branding expertise, project management and customer service to effectively partner with internal stakeholders, focusing on building awareness, enquiry, connection, and overall growth.

Responsibilities include:

- provide up to date market information and advice to deliver exceptional outcomes
- develop, manage, and execute brand plans, marketing initiatives and campaigns
- effectively manage agency and subcontractor performance and relationships
- work collaboratively with other specialists in the team to achieve strategic outcomes
- ensure brand elements for assigned business units are consistent across all touchpoints

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced marketing professional with a proven ability to build, nurture and strengthen professional relationships both internally and externally. You will have a curious mind with a desire to constantly learn and grow your expertise within marketing, and data analytics, and most importantly you will enjoy working and collaborating with others to achieve high-level outcomes for a purpose-driven organisation.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

- a tertiary degree in Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
- proven record of successfully executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns with measurable results
- strong understanding of marketing concepts, best practices, and industry trends
- well-developed business partnering & relationship management skills to effectively deliver quality marketing outcomes
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound presentation skills

For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- Driver’s licence
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
