About the role


We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be hands on in leading execution and planning of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads for our network.

In this role, you'll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via SEM, retargeting and targeted social advertising in addition to optimising our SEO.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager Residential Real Estate, you'll design, plan, manage, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads for our network of 300+ offices nationally.


You will be familiar with social media management including creating content assets, posting and strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

You will also support the growth of the Elders Real Estate network, planning activity to attract new offices and agents to join our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution on integrated digital campaigns: Working with the Marketing Manager on strategy, you will lead the execution of integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads for our network of 300 offices.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance: Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse digital marketing performance, providing reporting, insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Digital and nurture programs: Create impactful digital and nurture programs to generate leads and monitor conversions. Identify new strategies and tactics to encourage business growth.
  • Website content management: Overseeing website content management and optimisation for search engines in addition to assisting offices with localisation and personalisation of their subsites.
  • Execution, planning & content strategy: Execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with our objectives. Curate and manage content across digital channels for relevance and engagement.
  • Training and education: Create and execute impactful training webinars that engage, educate, and inspire our network across digital marketing best practice.

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or significant relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing integrated campaigns with a focus on lead generation and driving results.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience overseeing website content management in Wordpress
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detailoriented with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Experience in real estate industry is desirable but not necessary.
