**About the Role**

Carealot is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team based in our Mosman Park office. The role is Full Time, working Monday - Friday, from 8.00am - 4.00pm fulfilling the following duties, but not limited to:

- Coordinate rosters for field staff
- Scheduling services for our clients by rostering workers dependent on their qualifications and availability.
- Creating master rosters as well as managing daily changes to existing rosters
- Ensure rostering and scheduling of services is logístically sound, efficient and effective use of staffing resources
- Making changes to the planned work schedule in accordance with customer demands, priority levels, capacity changes and a person-centered approach.
- Ensure hours worked by employees are monitored to ensure employees are working within the award and contract requirements
- Day to day liaison with employees, clients, their families and other stakeholders regarding changes to schedules of support/service.
- Attend to day-to-day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes.
- Coordinate the rostering of new employees to ensure that they undertake on-site induction training in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including case notes.
- Build, generate and run reports as required

**About You**

Essential Criteria
- Experience in a fast-paced scheduling or rostering role (s)
- You are a solution focused, detail orientated, organiser who can cope with short term deadlines and rapidly respond to constantly changing scheduling demands.
- Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) including a high level customer service skills in order to listen, consult or negotiate effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude especially when managing competing priorities under time pressure
- Meticulous data input accuracy
- Strong problem solving skills with lateral thinking
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously
- You are an energetic, friendly and helpful team player
- COVID Vaccinations (or approved exemption)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)

Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a Community Services, Disability, Health and/or Aged Care environment
- Experience using Home Care Manager (HCM) software
- Qualifications in Business administration
