Reservations Coordinator

Our Client is seeking an energetic, organised and professional Reservations Coordinator to join their team.

Our Client is a leading provider in hospitality, boasting premium venues that encapsulate the essence of Sydney dining. From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion. Seamless service and quality produce are integral to the brand, making the Group's venues popular as both dining destinations and preferred locations for weddings and private functions.

The role will involve, but is not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls and presenting a professional and friendly first point of contact for our customers
- Reservations coordination for a la carte and group bookings
- Converting enquiries to bookings, performing site visits & organisation of both a la carte and group bookings
- Administrative support for the Functions and Marketing Office
- Administrative support to the Management team and Kitchen team
The successful applicant must have:

- Experience in a similar role and/or the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An excellent phone manner
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Time management skills
- High-level computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Experience using Restaurant Diary favourable but not essential

This role will assist multiple venues in the Group and will be based out of Mosman, NSW.

This role will include weekend and evening shifts.
