- **Customer Engagement Manager** role on for size. A foot in the door to the world’s leading retail and luxury brands group; the crux of this 12-month maternity leave cover will see you working to create a unique shopping and leisure experience for customers.

You already have extensive marketing automation experience under your belt. (This is mandatory, and Braze is definitely up there on the hiring manager’s preferred list of tools). When it comes to push notifications, content cards, and taking briefs, you’ve been there, done that and have the lifecycle campaign and increased online engagement stats to show for it.

Expect to be doing much the same for this retail giant’s marketplace and digital channels.

You’ll bring experience working across customer data platforms to your daily interactions with the Data Product Lead and data teams. And, you’ll support ideation and delivery of cross-channel lifecycle management campaign workflows from within the customer engagement platform, Braze.

You will share your time largely between campaign management and building out the customer journey to optimise their experience in a more personalised, 1:1 manner.

Forgive the cliches, but expect to be thrown in at the deep end as you take on work related to member engagement, and the evolution of new capabilities, delivering against KPIs inclusive of acquisition and NPS.

**Must-have accessories (aka skills and experience)**:
- E-commerce experience and experience working with a CRM/ marketing automation platform (Bonus points if it has been with Braze)-
- Prior experience working with a marketing communication/engagement platform-
- Prior experience with Tableau or BI Reporting Tools-
- Data driven lifecycle management experience using trigger/event data-
- Highly numerical & analytical, with the ability to translate insights into strategy-
- Attention to detail and excellence in execution-
