**About the role**
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of claims
- Work closely with the team to ensure the best service possible is offered to retain clients
- Collaborate with Insurers & Legal representatives on complex issues
- Investigate complex claims matters
- Potential for taking on a leadership role within the claims team and broader business

**Key Requirements For Success**
- 5+ years’ experience managing claims
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Tier 1 qualification highly regarded but not essential
