**Your new company**
A major international accountancy firm based in Perth CBD, is seeking an experienced administrator who is hoping to progress in their career working as a Personal Assistant. This company is located in the heart of Perth CBD, offering the position on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with possibility of further extension. You will be required to work full-time hours, with some flexible working arrangements on offer and working on a competitive salary package.

**Your new role**
As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for providing effective one on one administrative support to an executive member of staff. You will assist this person by taking on;
- Diary management duties, arranging and rescheduling appointments as required
- Assisting in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and events
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Supporting the wider team with any administrative ad hoc requests

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this position you will have previous experience working in administration or executive support roles. You will also display:

- Previous experience in diary management duties
- Strong organisation skills with confident multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders professionally
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Packages
- Excellent initiative with the ability to handle a busy workload
