Personal Assistant to Managing Director

**Your New Company**

Your new company is an industry leader in property investment, acquisition, and investment. This role will present a challenging day-to-day in a national market leader.

**Your Role**

As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for;
- General Office Administration tasks
- Diarising of day-to-day tasks of MD
- Liaising with and managing necessary tasks of other staff reporting to MD
- Data entry and document control
- Communicating with key stakeholders internally
- Co-ordination of events including travel arrangements and relevant needs
- Completion of office and personal errands on MDs behalf
- Use of Microsoft Suite to manage business requirements

**What You Need to Succeed**

To be successful as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Meticulous and highly detailed approach to diary management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic response to rapidly changing work environment
- Sound problem-solving and organisational skills, including ability to identify priorities between multiple tasks
- Ability to co-ordinate and liaise with other staff reporting through you to the MD
- Strong ability to work autonomously
- Ability to demonstrate mediation skills
