**Office Manager - Building Services - Parramatta**
**The Company**
Our client is a market-leading, multinational business that provides solutions to the Building Services industry. With a focus on offering their employees long-term career paths, they are a business that is continuously growing. Located near Parramatta, they are close to public transport but also have parking available making it a convenient location to drive to.
**The Role**
Your tasks as the Office Manager will include (but will not be limited to:
- Assist in preparing monthly progress claims
- Organise project folders and documents
- Assist with handling inquiries from staff, subcontractors, and clients
- Data entry for staff hours and timesheets
- Prepare purchase orders and match with invoices
- Create management reports using Excel
- Monitor and record project expenses
- Ad-hoc tasks
**Your Background**
To be considered for this Officer Manager role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Blue collar/construction industry experience (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of business finance and general office management
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
