Office Manager/All-rounder
We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager/All-rounder at our Sydney branch. Full function front office admin role assisting in sales & accounts.

Established in 1955, One-stop commercial laundry solutions provider for all sales and service requirements and is renowned for a commitment to customer satisfaction through after sales service. Laundry industry experts and can provide a complete service from laundry design, implementation, through to machine service and repair. Laundry equipment is all we do.
- Hours - 8am till 4pm
- Salary - Neg ($75k to $90k plus super) based on experience
- Onsite Parking provided
- Walking distance from train station
- Located 15km from Parramatta
Duties of this role include:
- Problem-solving and finding solutions
- Assisting the Branch Manager
- Reconciling accounts through Xero
- Processing sale orders, quotes, and invoices on Xero & (Job system)
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Onboarding new clients
- Onboarding new employees, including drafting employment contracts
- Maintaining job details and files
- Accurate data entry
- Other administration duties as required
- Offers the highest level of service to our customers
- Accounts knowledge in basic bookkeeping with Xero
- Excellent communication with customers and subcontractors
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar autonomous office admin role
- Takes control and ownership of their work
- Attention to detail
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Morning shift

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
