**Your new company**
Exciting opportunity for HR / Accounts person to jump into a 6-12 month contract based in West Melbourne. You’ll be working with a supportive team within the Joinery Fit-Out space. This position has possibility to go permanent for the right person.
**Your new role**:
**Accounts Receivable**
- Invoicing
- Receiving Payments
- Debt Collection
- Monthly Project Progress Claims
- General Ledger, Credit Card and Bank Reconciliations (incl. petty cash)
- Other finance and administrative duties including monthly reporting to Finance Manager
- Processing purchase orders
**HR Tasks**
- HR Administration
- Weekly Payroll processing and management
- Staff Recruitment
- Coordinate Performance Reviews alongside Department Managers
- Team Building & Culture Management
- OHS Management
- Apprenticeship Administration
- Ad hoc Accounts tasks as required
- Overseeing/working with Receptionist and Purchasing Officer
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in these roles, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience withing the construction space
- The right can do attitude or willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
