In this professional, creative advisory firm work alongside the CEO, Director responsible for HR, Office Mgr and team of around 35 staff ensuring finance & HR matters are ticking along smoothly from the inside out.

Tasks you will excel in within this role:

  • 50% of your day spent on finance & accounts matters including reconciliation of accounts, invoicing, accounts payable & receivable, job costing, supplier management, handling insurances and leases working alongside the CEO
  • Working with Xero and Workflow Max project management software
  • Handling HR Matters including recruitment processes, quarterly staff reviews, staff surveys, HR admin, onboarding and inductions etc.
  • Alongside the Office Mgr assist with level 2 support for IT management
  • Get to know supplier relationships and admin workflow processes developing an understanding of how to add value with process and system improvement
