Exciting opportunity for HR / Accounts person to jump into a 6-12 month contract based in West Melbourne. You'll be working with a supportive team within the Joinery Fit-Out space. This position has possibility to go permanent for the right person.

Your new role:

Accounts Receivable

  • Invoicing
  • Receiving Payments
  • Debt Collection
  • Monthly Project Progress Claims
  • General Ledger, Credit Card and Bank Reconciliations (incl. petty cash)
  • Other finance and administrative duties including monthly reporting to Finance Manager
  • Processing purchase orders

HR Tasks

  • HR Administration
  • Weekly Payroll processing and management
  • Staff Recruitment
  • Coordinate Performance Reviews alongside Department Managers
  • Team Building & Culture Management
  • OHS Management
  • Apprenticeship Administration
  • Ad hoc Accounts tasks as required
  • Overseeing/working with Receptionist and Purchasing Officer
