**About the Role**
Based in our National Service Centre located in West End, we have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Officer to join our team.
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to assist the Shared Services team with accounts and administration duties.
You will demonstrate general all-round administration and account’s ability to deliver quality and timely assistance across various areas of the business. This is a diverse position with a key part of the role building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally, whilst working within workplace health and safety and operational requirements.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Assist in the administration of the Accounts Payable Automation/OCR Tool (Redmap)
- Assist in the roll-out of an expense management tool.
- Assist in the ongoing management and maintenance of the expense management tool.
- Administration of the account’s mailbox
- Maintaining Customer Account/Records (Pronto)
- Bank reconciliation - credit cards, reimbursements, bank statements, petty cash, EFTPOS
- Assistance with payroll and administration reporting
- Payroll admin/processing
- HR administration assistance
- Administration related tasks (mail, filing, general administration assistance)
- Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and other Company Policies and Procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

**For this role, you will need to have**:
- Previous accounts payable experience
- ADP experience (highly desirable)
- Pronto ERP experience highly regarded.
- Experience in using Redmap AP Automation Tool or similar (desirable)
- Experience in the use and administration of an expense management tool (desirable)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word - Intermediate)
- Ability to prioritise, highly productive.
- Strong general administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member.
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to review reports.
- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
