Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a government department based in the Brisbane CBD. They are responsible for providing front line IT services to a range of other government departments.

Internally, they have dedicated teams providing support across Level 1-3. Currently they are looking for 2 **Service Desk Analysts** to join their Level 1-2 team.

The focus of this role will be to receive and handle requests for IT support, adhering to set procedures, and promptly allocate unresolved tickets.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a previous IT Support/Service Desk Analyst role within medium to large organisations.
- Experience within Windows and O365 environment, and supporting Apple and Android mobile devices
- Experience with Ivanti Service Manager Service Desk software (or similar)
- Experience with Amazon Connect call management software (or similar)
- Advanced communication skills in responding to clients with diverse backgrounds and varied professions.
- Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting techniques
- Good technical knowledge and ability to work within a dynamic team environment.

On offer is a **12 month contract**, offering up to **$43.10 per hour inclusive of super**.
