**Description**:
Valeo Construction Group is seeking a meticulous and organised Post Construction Coordinator to join our Production team in South Melbourne Head Offices. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills. As the Post Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating post-construction activities to ensure seamless project completion
- Managing documentation related to final inspections, warranties, and handover processes
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of post-construction issues
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards during the post-construction phase
- Tracking project timelines and milestones to support efficient handover processes
- Assisting in the development of post-construction reports and performance evaluations
- Maintaining accurate records of post-construction activities, including defects and resolutions
- Providing administrative support to the Production department as needed
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Proven experience in post-construction coordination or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Proficiency in using construction management software, CHEOPS; Training will be provided and MS Office Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to post-construction activities
- Analytical mindset for evaluating project outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
