The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Construction Project Coordinators to join our Urban Development team on projects across greater Brisbane, Logan, and Ipswich regions or Yamba and northern NSW areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects.
  • Conduct quality assurance, project administration, financial reporting, and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Establish a professional work environment, promoting proactive communication and problem-solving.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
  • Background in Engineering, Construction, and Delivery processes.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree.
  • Proven management skills, practices, and planning ability.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
  • Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards.
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications.
  • Highly effective planning, organising, and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
  • High attention to detail.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
